Around 10-12km/l should be the norm for both 1.3 and 1.6, after the first 5,000km.

When your car is new, the FC will be higher, then it will gradually improve and stabilize over 10,000 km.

Bluetooth usually use to connect to the phone to make phone calls. Can play music also, quality wise no difference as far as I know.
