Did you sign up for any give away in GC Forum? They tend to just give you without notice if you win.
But normally people won't dupe 4* even ace types. Unless like MBR said, that fella really got nothing better to do sending Trojan horses around.
Try not to fire SE too much until they've really can't do anything. Hopefully you catch them on their soft spot & they might help lol.

Why not create a guide thread in our own forum like what i've done? I realised I actually wrote many tips & guides in v1 but then the massive speed that we're grow totally bumped my guides far away until I also can't find them back ahaha.
I played for more than 2 months, still no 5*......some people are not meant to catch 5* haha.

Spam more NHT and SHT

Patience is the only tips and you need to shoot certain shadow at those maps (like for instant,you'll be guaranteed a 5* Phoenix at the plains etc)

Yea some people just have no luck catching 5* , I manage to catch some 5* during my 1st 2 week of gaming using 3 device , my main account (ace Levi) , my GF iPhone (brave shiva ) , my friends iPhone (cool frank) .. My main since then no 5* , down 13th giant all lousy card lol ~

Congrats! Though it is a bad type of Shiva, but it's still a 5*, and thus will be more useful than most of 4* guardians.
Keep for collection, as you can rent it out for catalogue also.

Meanwhile, 19 have registered for the giveaway... what started as 8 five star guardians giveaway becomes a 20 ang pows (set of  4*+5*) allocation. I had to trade for more to fulfill the ang pow pledges
