Thanks for sharing,
Just want to ask why no payment from TNB yet? Already how many months?
*
pretty hard to get payment from tnb. we are doing mini hydro, the monthly payment is about 300 to 400k. they drag our payment more than 3 months.
almost get us to financial crisis....

they always give the excuse like they are commencing the auto billing system and etc... from my experience you got to call them at least twice per week to check the status...... need to pressure them

Can forward to me for the same certification/application thing? thanks!
Mini hydro? Where are you from? I believe even TNB is not ready for this kind of hype yet if the payment system is slow. But well, everyone is almost the same when it comes to payment.

Where is your project located? Care to share some info with me? I am planning to either do project on my own, or lease the land..
*
Actually not my project. The project owner is my boss. Haha... Anyway, our plant located in kelantan, just few MW in capacity only..

Do u mean u r going to do mini hydro project?

Any idea when quota for individual will be opened in 2014?
*
tnb proposal to increase electricity tariff start from 1st jan 2014 had been approved.
wondering seda will revise the fit for the FIAH holder.

with the removed of subsidy, are we achieving grid parity? once grid parity achieved, according to seda "Once grid parity is achieved, feed-in approval holders will be paid based on the prevailing displaced cost for the remaining effective period ".

if we achieved grid parity, can i say that in other words, seda is not paying the displace cost to dl? in this case, why seda is increasing the RE fund from 1% to 1.6%?

it seems like biomass quota is relatively untouched.
malaysia have several sources for biomass -
palm oil empty fruit brunch,
rice husk
wood chips/waste wood

investment cost is relatively the same as solar, roi can be about 3 years, especially if the customer have process and is burning fossil fuel. or 5 years if customer is purely fit.

i am selling the whole power plant.
*
yup. the price is near to solar but the fit for biomass is much lower. it will be not viable for capacity less than 6MW.
you mean you are technology provider? or you r epc contractor?

what system u r using? gasification or combustion & s/t ?

Some sharing on my 12kWp system:
- 14.5 days after TnC, it average out at 44.75kWp.
- Saw some times it goes beyond 50kWp
*
do u mean 50kWh? not bad, can have 4.1kWh/kW.
one of my supplier gave me the result of their pilot plant where the yield only 3.7kWh/kW.....

Everything is ready...

how i wish tomorrow is the release date...

but without the minus 10sen degrassion... hahaha

10sen is equal to about RM20k for 21year...
*
SEDA already increased the RE fund to 1.6% and yet they implement the degression rate of 12% on the FiT.
How many kW u installed?

because the last quota release was 1.5Mw. First release in this year will come out around 75Mw for individual. refer to previous year. The 1.5Mw just for additional quota. The big quota release for individual got 2 times in year.  smile.gif
