I am kinda pessimistic about Kajang because of no attraction factor there but from how things are going, seems like it is booming. A friend's company moved his office from Kajang to Sungai Buloh due to higher rent in Kajang now.

It's a bit sensitive right now, so far I can only disclose is multiple phase, with landed and high rise, man made lake in the centre with club house. That image that I post is the Club House.
