finally, after made a report to:
Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commission (MCMC)
Communications & Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia (CFM)
BIRO PENGADUAN AWAM- Jabatan Perdana Menteri (BPA)
National Consumer Complaints (NCCC)
Level 5 Maxis called me explain everything "...bla...bla...bla... fair usage policy... bla bla.." (same old crap)... well due to the fair usage policy which in the T&C i have to admit i cant won this case and they have their right to implement this speed cap and 30gb quota.
So wut option do i have? i dont want speed capping or quota? Pay per use...i change my plan on d spot. so now instead of 99 per month, i have to pay 250. well i have no option... no home fibre or unifi in my area. (Maxis oh maxis... nasib baikla speed ko laju!)
