I made a very detail accurate drawing to scale for my house before and after renovation. Accurate until I can use it to buy furniture and know how many feet / inches left after furniture is placed. He charge me in total with "tong" deposit about 4k+, he never bring any measurement tools. If you need exact measurement got to pay more and you may need to get M&E Engineer for that.
