yes, that's my problem now.  To renovate my house, I've hired an architect to draw my subsale house in Cheras, of course the house does not comes with any plan,  I've only plan to extend my porch and the architect has drawn up all the plan to be submitted to MPKJ but the measurement on the plan is all inaccurate, like the width of my living hall, bedroom etc, the porch measurement is correct though!

I've paid him the fees just to know all the above but he claim that he only provide some reference and his plan does not provide accurate measurement, mpkj won't check the house plan they just want to know the porch that I am building, he said.

Question: can I ask the architect to redo the plan or "sue" him is you does not?

That guy studied for 5 years for his degree. He can be sued if your car porch falls on your head. Worse, the kitchen too. I think you already got a good deal, he do something illegal for you too.You should thank him. Your kitchen is an illegal structure, he is getting that resolved for you.
For $1900, you are getting a very good deal. If you want your other rooms measured and drawn with accurate measurements, you need to pay more.
