But still, 600k for 1500sqft is ok for own stay for a location close to city center. Suggest you take a drive to the place to see if you're ok with the surrounding...

Good idea to find out the reason for the auctions. If u see from the 1st post. Launching 1.1mil. Subsale 900k. Now 600k.
Jalan kiara 3 will probably need 10 years to become like the other roads in mont kiara.
If can get 1 for around 350 persqft i think its worth a shot. Especially if buy for own stay.
