How to buy 'PIRATES!' game app from Apple store?, With Debit Card MasterCard possible??

I just bought an iPad mini 16GB white Wifi.I want to buy the game app 'PIRATES!' by Sid Meier in the App Store for USD$4.99 but my Hybrid MasterCard Debit Card from Alliance bank was decline in the payment mode.Tried also to pay with my Visa Debit Card from CIMB bank was decline too.
 I have more than RM$200 in both a/c.Any suggestion on which Bank debit card is ok for payment in Apple Apps Store?Or other payment method without using a Credit Card?  This post has been edited by PIRATES!: Jan 8 2013, 07:03 PM |

Maybe you need to call the bank to authorise the payment, cause its online

use maybank platinum mastercard debit card...
just call maybank to acknowledge them that u need to purchase online |

afaik maybank's is cool with everything..i've seen some forumers said public bank card has limitation when it comes to online purchase...
