that leather flip case is original from nokia or from nilkin/rock?
too close? it used to happen on my dslr ..which i unable to focus something which the object too close to me
*
I think the casing is from viva. They reprice yellow lumia at RM2399 is like people resell a sold out ticket at a higher price worst it is from an official store. If small retailer selling yellow at a higher price is consider ok/normal but now the store is NOKIA.

Btw i pre-order a yellow lumia when they first came out but yellow out of stock so i take white instead and personally i feel white is a lot nicer den yellow as i feel yellow is too "plastic".

want to buy, but only available in black and white. stupid DiGi. other dealers also don't have any other colours. I'll wait then.....

Personally i think white is better den yellow and red. Suggest u visit nokia store and have a look at the color.
The yellow we see in ad and youtube video is different. Im happy with white

I was a bit impatient so i went with the white one, and the back looks classy, gloss white with that metallic strip in the middle. The advantage of white is that you dont have to worry what color of protective cover will look good on it, any color is suitable, all down to your own taste, if you do not plan to keep the phone naked. I liked the red one more but i went with the white, my 2nd choice. Yellow one sure is popular but seemed a bit toy-like to me, red one not so much.
*
But many waited for yellow because they promote the phone all the way using yellow. Many din really see the real yellow before but like wad u said it look like little kids plastic toy from a toy shop. The yellow cutting edge is not nice especially on the sim tray. Prefer it with lighter yellow. So far i never see before black but i think not bad

Mean there is a song u pause in background. It allow u to play and pause the song at ease without the need to launch media player. U can try click on play if the song is playing mean im right if not im not sure what it is.

Photoshop is involved in ads. The yellow looked fantastic on the ads, and when i saw the dummy model (they have the yellow dummy model for 920 and white dummy model on 820 when i went to order). The yellow looked not as good as the ads judging from the dummy model, again, this is my own opinion.  blink.gif

Then i thought, maybe the red one doesnt look as good either,  hmm.gif  so to play safe i ordered the white. When i saw the red one in person i was like, crap, that was my first choice and it looked good, i had the chance to order it back in december, but to play safe i went with white instead.  doh.gif  But the white one looked good to me so im fine with it.

I did saw a black one, and i didnt really like it. My N8 was black one so i thought i should make a change and go for other colors.

Yellow and both red leave finger print at the back from those youtube video i saw, and white leave no fingerprint at all. To those who are waiting for yellow from telco, seriously go get a look at the real or dummy phone at retailer u might fall in love with white

so lucky to get at such a low price.... and a free sp too.... i bought mine at rm1999+3%interest for using credit card and no sp....  cry.gif
*
Let me tell u about that 3% story using credit card. Went to nokia store and buy white lumia i bring along my dad credit card and the person told me 3% charges if use credit i call my dad and my dad went up there and ask the person. My dad went out to the store and look at the store's name and it state NOKIA official retailer.

My dad went in and ask the person since when NOKIA official store charge 3% interest. Only those small retailer (not under nokia) charge 3% then my dad say nvm next time only buy. Then person in charge act like he is counting on something then when we are about to leave he say no 3% charges anymore. Just normal price.

After leaving my dad told me official Nokia store won't charge 3% they just want to earn extra. He gave me an example like Apple official store don't charge 3% for credit card.

So this is actually another thing im confuse of why Nokia never control how they price their customer.

what's wrong with the goverment here... previously said this RM200 rebate is not to encourage ppl to buy expensive phone, but to let those poorer ppl to upgrade their old phones to newer 3G phones... But now latest list I am seeing those highly overpriced phones such as iPhone 5  rclxub.gif
But I don't see our Lumia is inside there...  hmm.gif
*
Based on my personal opinion that RM200 is given out just to fish for v**e.

If they really wanted to give us the RM200 rebate just give it out like those book voucher and make a way to verify those income below RM3k, what is all that issue with phone under RM500 and we need to sign up a plan. If sign up plan i dun think the government contribute much on this RM200 rebate as telco is the one that contribute that RM200.

NOw they take off the limit of RM500 people can even buy iphone 5. So tell me if they do this do u think they are helping poor people i dun think so. Not much poor people can afford to sign up plan and buy this expensive phone.
All based on personal opinion

To those searching for a flip case. I just bought a rock city casing in Penang 1st Avenue (Nokia Store) at RM80.
The initial price on the product is RM109 but i manage to nego to RM80. This casing can be found on online store
at RM66 but if u prefer a safer transaction then buy it physically from that store.

If ur good in nego u might get it at RM70-75 depends on ur skill. There are 3 colors but i can tell u that
the product quality is not that good as those iphone casing. The casing is a bit dirty on the top but im fine with it.

Pic as below (ps : Some1 have already posted it before)

You can test it out first before buying?
*
Yes u can but remember to request for a new unit if u decided to buy but the new unit is not 100% clean
as again dun expect much from china's product.

ps : the person is quite rough when he fit ur phone on to the test unit. Ask him to let u do it personally is better

meaning i have to switch my region and download the app???

and which country's nokia music app has the mix radio??? unsure.gif
*
I don't think this app will work because based on the detail provided by the nokia music app from US.
They wrote it will work based on phone's sim. So i think they know which country sim ur using.

Want it to work try using US sim here in Malaysia it might work lol.

i din download it but if u wan to try u can try it and tell me whether it work or not. U can change to US region for more app.

It works wonders...

even got my free Where's My Parry? And Where's my water? .
*
He is talking about nokia music which is different from normal app. Yes normal app if u switch region u can download and use it
but nokia music don't work that simple. It detect where ur sim card come from.

So even if u change ur region to US u download nokia music and i dun think i can be use

You need to soft reset the phone. Hold power button + the volume down button for 10-15 seconds and the phone will vibrate and restart. It's like taking out the battery trick in old nokias.
*
will it wipe out any of my phone information if i do soft reset? for example pictures
