Hi guys, dunno whether you know this new project will develop in Kepong Metropolitan Park or not, the project call "Fortune Perdana Lakeside". Actually I had received an invitation letter for Preview Event or I think pre-launch.
Might anyone knowing what is the launching price??... |

Design is really nothing to shout about. Like another high density flat development. Entrance is through Kepong HSBC road and leasehold. Called the marketing staff and was told that starting price is RM504psf
 No more mood to check package. Other than the name "lakeside", I really don't see anything attractive. Just my observation. Cheers! |

Price aside, do you think it will be very easy to rent the unit out? What is the rental around that area?
But true, leasehold is quite a turn off. But luckily it is at the heart of Kepong. How is the traffic there going to/from KL during peak hours? |
