Yesterday sales damn good, uncles aunties decided not going pasar but to gallery sapu.
Lakesides view from RM500k finished, believed finish by internal or 15k undertable.
Anyways... I like their foods.. brows.gif

The semi D in front of this condo selling at RM520/sq ft edi. First residence now going about same rate edi.. Anyway, those cheap unit all kena sapu edi. only left top levels.

Bought a unit too facing the lakeside. Was lucky as many units taken up for the lakeside units. But i did not pay any undercounter $$$. Sales staff who attended me , was good and clear. She said no agents allowed for the projects. Well, those who paid agents must be con by a scam !. Get your money back folks.
Looks like it is good buy; so many people at opening day and many sold. Need comfort - 1st house -lah.

Lakeside view high floor all gone. I was approached by the agent 2 years ago, 250/ft back then, initial plan was only 14 (10+4 parking) stories as authority not allow higher than 10 story beside lake (refer to fortune avenue). last year revise to current price and became 20+ storries, 15k minum kopi for lakeview unit, 100k for shoplot.

90% gone, the developer didn't even bother to print catalog and leaflets, very damn confident.

FR is better for own stay if the price is same. location better, no need to wait.

Went with some relatives to have a look - the show unit (1292 sq ft) give a very good impression with the design - i feel it utilize the space very well.

Block B and C all nearly sold out - left some units here and there. Block A is not released for sale yet.

Range from lower side of 400 (lower level) to near 500 (upper level)

I staying in Kepong and it is a great place to stay, 500k is a reasonable price to buy a property there, but for this high density condo (or flat??), need to think twice..u can get a second hand condo with cheaper price nearby..and can get 300-400k for a second hand single storey terrace house if you don't mind..

Sold out my A$$, how many you want? let me know. I ask my agent to kaodim for you with 15k minum kopi, wan or not? All lakeview unit, highfloor units.

This is a "bao" sell project, the developer didn't even bother to print catalog and leaflet to promote. The salesgirl damn lansi act dont want to sell like that.

During CNY, I booked a unit but until now there is no news from developer when to sign S&P. They told me will be by March. But now already April, any one have any news on this?

I went there just few days ago.
According to them,if I paid deposit within this week, then should be sign SPA by end of June.
But I have doubts why they insist 20k deposit and given reason coz they want Genuine Buyer??
Since the AP also not getting yet....I also got a bit worry even though I saw there's not much units left, all good one alrd booked.

I search by BH (company name), result all shown as LULUS BERSYARAT?????
when I look at this LULUS BERSYARAT, quite worry if after the erection, will there any changes or .......(touch wood)...

I think in future, this place really damn crowded......damn traffic jam....
