A decent place ruin by the government, pity the owner of perdana lakeside.
Protest deadline is 19th Jan, 14 days to go.

u need a nearby valid address (owner) to submit ur surat bantahan. If u are Fortune Perdana buyer u still cant submit, i suggest u go around there and talk to those uncle auntie staying nearby about this development and ask them submit the surat bantahan.

Hopeless, the nearest place is only the opposite factory.

I believe most of the buyers already get the letter for extension again. Is really a surprise. This round they didn't inform us at all, just send to inform they have get approval. So now they had extended for 1 year. We as buyer have to bear another 1 year interest. Indirectly they escape from late deliver so they don't need to pay the late penalty.

This is really not fair to us. We should write to them regarding this matter. Anyone here have the same thought?

Yes, I received too. It really unfair. As I know, a building have over 30 floor high just can apply for 4 years contraction period. But Fortune Perdana only got 25 floor, how the KPKT can approve 4 years for the developer?

Yes. Those above 35 floors will normally take above 4 or 4.5 yrs.

Most developer would want to complete the project fast so could collect progress claim early. Developer asked for extension may mean facing cash flow issue to pay suppliers/contractor, not many units were sold or need more time to sell the remaining units.

any fortune perdana regret to buy fortune perdana?

Not yet completion , too early to say regret, no one will know what will happened future

got development price of property only increase. no development no increase.

Mid-year or End of the year 2017 ?

looking at the photo, mid year seems unlikely...
