Yes, I received too. It really unfair. As I know, a building have over 30 floor high just can apply for 4 years contraction period. But Fortune Perdana only got 25 floor, how the KPKT can approve 4 years for the developer?

Most developer would want to complete the project fast so could collect progress claim early. Developer asked for extension may mean facing cash flow issue to pay suppliers/contractor, not many units were sold or need more time to sell the remaining units.
