QUOTE(CaRS2 @ Mar 26 2013, 09:52 PM) Hello bro. After dose with your fertilizer, notice that leafs get greener and healthier. I'm still yet buy the co2 checker solution. You know where to get the CAL indicator? Worried co2 set to 3bps a bit oversupply! One more thing, those fertilizer need to keep in fridge, especially P2 & P3? Hi bro. am glad that you and your plants are happy. you can get the CAL here: http://aquawild.com.my/product.php?pid=48&...tor-Refill-60mlno you dont have to put it in fridge for p2 and p3. just avoid it from lights. it should be enough.

QUOTE(melodyworm @ Mar 28 2013, 10:05 AM) hey guys, ill be starting another brand new tank this saturday and i just have a few queries i need to reconfirm with you guys here. any opinions at all are all appreciated... ive heard that for the first week after starting your tank you should use minimal light for only a few hours only daily and then slowly increase it week by week. anyone here can advice how many hours of light i need for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th week? and also how many bps should i induce into my tank? specs: tank: 60 x 30 x 36 light: aqzn T5HO 24w x 4 hi. please use 2 bulbs only for 8 weeks. first 4 weeks = 6 hrs next 4 weeks = 8 hrs after that = can increase up to 10 hrs.

Oh forgot. about co2 the maximum your livestock can handle. This is just a guideline for a newly setup planted tank.

QUOTE(jiejian @ Mar 28 2013, 08:15 PM) Ahh.. i hate Green dust algae... removed the stem plants caused imbalance in the tank.. now wave after wave of GDA attack.. minus the GDA im actually quite happy with the tank.. hi there, nevermind bro they have their lifecycle. btw i read somewhere if you trim above a certain percentage of your plant mass, you will get algae attack.

QUOTE(jiejian @ Mar 29 2013, 07:39 PM) nice!! only hair grass? or hair grass and Erio? what plants are those clumps near the rocks nice and bushy hehe.. on the algae side, i think its because ive make the tank imbalance by removing the riccia and HM. Have to wait for the hair grass to catch up and fill in. Btw, got an offer i cant refuse on a 40cm tank. gonna move my lowlight plants into this tank. hehe.. river scape coming~ Hey thanks. yup its jhg and erio. all bushy plants are erio. wow another tank.. cant seal your flowing idea is it? share with us once u finish scaping it. ya when they become full again hopefully your tank will become balance again..

QUOTE(syafiq_lomotech @ Mar 30 2013, 11:29 AM) my BBA disappear totally. some GSA still have. my waterlily leaf become big and yellowish. before this small and green. any idea why? i suspect some nutrient deficient or lack of light but dont know exactly what hi, gsa indicates that you are lacking of phosphate. waterlily becoming big shows that it is growing. becoming yellow shows that lack of nutrients. maybe you could dose up the macros. waterlily take a lot of nutrients. QUOTE(kurangak @ Mar 30 2013, 09:11 PM) uuu kalau ngam will be red coloured woo.. hence name vomit blood ma .. demm pretty! not hard to keep ka? Eh yes ka if ngam can become red ka?? if like that best woo.. The erio is very sensitive to changes. if u really observe it is melting at the lower leaves. but im using ei. luckily the growth rate is faster than the melting rate.
