Time has proven again and again.. merely knowing the financial literacy does not guarantee big winners.

Books to read... for beginner level you can consider...
Little book on value investing by Christopher H Brown., later then you can progress to other little book series. Each book is less than 80 pages and cheap enough to buy. Or you can just sit in borders and finish each book within 2 hours.
