QUOTE(Boon3 @ Feb 11 2014, 05:37 PM) Boon, thank you for the inputs. Yah I noticed lately quite a handful of company diverisfying their core business to lucrative property development, one of the remarkable one is transporting company TNlogics. Caely main business is lingerie & direct sales, and the CEO said : "If a company's long-established business is in a sunset industry or too competitive and saturated, it may want to seek a new business that would provide a more robust growth. Going into the property sector is one of the options that they have." Looking at the past 2Q result shows a remarkable change, I think no harm placing a small bet onto it. |

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Feb 13 2014, 11:08 AM) Boon, thank you for the inputs. No problem.Yah I noticed lately quite a handful of company diverisfying their core business to lucrative property development, one of the remarkable one is transporting company TNlogics. A lot of players just use PE as a guide and as such, stock like CAELY would pop in their screening radar. Look at it, using the simple annualising method.. Caely potential profits could be 9 mil or eps of 10 sen. And with a NTA of 80+ sen .... a lot of boxes will be ticked. The growth (or turnaround) gets one big fat check also. What more, it's a penny stock. And with a very small share base of 80 million shares, some would content that this share could be easily be pushed sky high. All the ingredients is just about there. Hey, the chart is actually looking not too bad either - got potential hor..... So I cannot really say that there is great harm placing a small bet on it. Oh yeah, my concerns could perhaps be viewed as being picky.... hehe... That's just me... A see a lot of shares all the time but I trade rarely. I guess I am a fussy trader. |

QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Feb 13 2014, 12:42 PM) 3*1* has some land on hand, too right? I consider the " paid up" properties as a form of cash, better still they sell for 150M cash i.e at market price...Read it from SKY's post. Maybe one day can consider diversifying to property Do not worry of what is the next new business to do if they have 200m cash in hand, just leave the problem to the management to solve This post has been edited by SKY 1809: Feb 13 2014, 01:27 PM |
