But my portfolio still 80% property counters.

Baltic price yesterday 1091.
In the december talk, Baltic was 2337.

Drop.... so much.
Maybulk price increase pulak.



Anyway, I guess this proves the 'end of year seasonal factor'.
Every year the index hits the high at the end of the year...
