Yes, during trading hours...
real time charts is very important.

Most brokerage houses should have this in their trading platform software.

chart as of now...

Currently you can see the stock digesting the recent gains ....
Volume isn't there...
indicating past few days buyers are willing to hold on to the stock.

Fundamental wise?
You can see improvement in quarterly earnings...
plus with company making some stock buy backs...
Not a bad choice to bet.

My 3 sen la...
Hope it not a kelong 3 sen. laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Numbers (profits) way too smallish.

When profits is < 2 million...
Quarterly profit can really jump or down like hell.

For example in this case... (numbers taken from the blog )

user posted image

See how 2014 Q1 and 2014 Q2 earnings jumped like hell when compared to 2013 numbers?

I have also seen many instances where smallish companies earnings can suddenly drop like hell.
Many a times, they drop suddenly without any warning... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Now even if you take the earnings seriousl, company had said earnings improved a lot due to the property division.

However, as you can see, total profits only totals 2++ million for each of the first 2 quarters of the year.
2 million plus profits is really, really, really small for a property company....

not sure how many would take the earnings seriously....

Some of the companies venturing into properties needs lots of study. sweat.gif
Fitters have been venturing quite big into properties...
but if one is an investor and studies the projects in detail..
this is one of Fitters project...

Looks nice but try drive to the project itself... and look at the surroundings... you would be shocked......

This is the shareholder structure from the annual report.

As you can see, Chua and his wife, holds a huge block of share.

user posted image

Total number of shares 200m
Top 30 shareholders accounts for 170 m shares

See the lack of funds 'investing' in the stock?
I only see Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Guru Guru....

Like I said b4, in my opinion, I feel their disposals is 'good' news for the stock...
The share lack exposure...
In fact, I think, they need to dispose even more... tongue.gif
