I have the same situation with you, tested using E398  & mr3420 v2, happening twice  doh.gif
If someone can re-upload the Huntsman 2013-10-16red & 2013-10-12 for mr3420 v2?
This is the more stable version.

Need to flash back to stock firmware.
Then flash back to 2013-11-10red or 2013-11-10 (yellow)
I can confirm 2013-11-10red or 2013-11-10 (yellow) a bit buggy  sweat.gif

i have Huntsman 2013-10-16red, but also cannot detect. sad.gif sad.gif

so, i already reinstall and reset all firmware that i have including openwrt and stock for several times. 1 thing i notice is. in openwrt. everytime i plug-in my modem, it will detect my e398, but after few second, this thing will popup and it cannot detect my e398 anymore

user posted image

even if i pick one on the option, and restart. my router still cannot detect my modem at all until i reset to factory. and back to step 1.

any through about this? i thinking on downgrading my modem firmware after this since i suspected that might the main culprit

what do you think blacktubi ?

Since you mentioned it happened after you updated to the latest E398 firmware, how about downgrade it.

Have you tried the yellow build? It always work good for me

I'm using Huntsman 2013-06-03 with my Vodafone K5005(E398) having no problem for long hours... very stable connection.
*
my main suspect is the new modem firmware. that why i want to try downgrading it and see if the problem still there after that

The brick I use able to supply more than our router need.
Problem is not with the supply, is with the circuit.

As V2 is not regulating the correct current, will send mine to warranty.
*
can still sent to warranty even after using custom firmware? hmm.gif hmm.gif

i through they will reject it if they know you already brows.gif brows.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
