can mr3420 support captive portal? I need to create a splash screen for advertisement/guide purposes. If yes, how do I go about it? Tried googling but seemed so technical...

Has anyone successfully configured MR3420 as a repeater (ie WDS)? If yes, kindly share how to bcos I've did the following but still fails to connect to Internet despite showing 'Run' (ie associated) in the MR3420 status page & router could connect as usual;
1. Router/Modem: Yes Zoom 2. Repeater/WDS: MR3420 3. Channel, subnet for both is the same 4. IP for Zoom is 192.168.1.1, MR3420 is 192.168.1.2 5. Dhcp for MR3420 is disabled 6. Tried disabling Zoom's firewall too What more have I missed? Pls enlighten When pinging, it says request time out. I've also configured my PC client's gateway to either router & repeater but none works. |
