When my MR3420 started up with the Huawei E367 3G modem, the 3G part takes a long time to identify and connect... have to wait for 3-5 minutes before I can go online.

Anyway to speed up the process? Why is it so slow in identifying my E367?

MR3420 V1 is slow on identifying smile.gif
Only solution is to use OpenWRT. Identified in seconds

@ MakNok
Wanna ask you something since your network is setup like this:
MR3420 (WAN)-----PC-----USB modem

Do you need to do any extra network settings on your PC for MR3420 WAN connection? As simple as plug&play?

My power adaptor for MR3420 router just failed today. cry.gif
Bought from CZone LYP from May 2012. Already exceed 1 year warranty from shop. However, TPLink gives 2 year warranty, isn't it? I still have the original receipt.

EDIT:
http://www.tp-link.com.my/support/service-centers/
Service Center Address: 4-20, 4th floor, Plaza Low Yat, off Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

Service center in LYP? really so convenient? Anyone go for RMA before? How's the customer service?

Suddenly no lights on the router...not powering up the router. I suspect the power adaptor. So I tested the power adaptor output plug with a Fluke multimeter... getting 0V instead of 12V. sad.gif cry.gif
