1. students and academicians can get cheap legal OS from school.
2. some users have un-dying love with their existing (and probably legal) W7 laugh.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif
And FreeDOS spec most of the time come with really cheap models, so it probably tie back to poor students' demand laugh.gif

Dell Malaysia used to have it, but they could change the package from time to time.
Try online chat with them and see if they still have it.

Reason I am asking is because there seems to be 2 versions of the 13 inch Split x2 .. from google, there are some who say it can be upgraded and some say it is 4gb only.

I have also asked HP outlet in Midvalley and they said it cannot be upgraded.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have another 2 dumb questions.

1) Comparing Percision and Alienware of on almost on the same price range, which do you all think that it is worth to get?
My main usage will be using it for server programming, hosting temporary server for a couple of hours, minor rendering of pictures and stuff... Mini-game (perhaps) because I need to test the game I developed anyway.

I think gpu maybe the least concern for me (I guess).

2) I came across M4800 and m6800... Is it just the screen size only?

You are most welcomed icon_rolleyes.gif

If you need good reliability and outstanding warranty support, go for the Precision nod.gif
The Quadro cards in them are better for game development too, and not limited only to mini games brows.gif

You will have to check with Dell on this, the Precisions are very versatile in terms of spec customization and upgradibility nod.gif
