Just bought 3 kg of chicken keel (all meat no bones) at Giant for RM 9.99 per kg (usually at RM 12.90). At wet market chicken breast (with bone and neck) cost for RM 10.50. So, it is a deal for me

Do you know how much carbs content for that 1 loaf of bread? 52g carbs for 2 slices of bread. Imagine just to consume 40g of protein, you had to consume a lot of carbs (47g carb for  9 g protein = 235g carb for 45g protein).

It's cheap but macronutrition wise, nope.

i wanna ask if all my meals are "homemade" shakes how? consist of oatmeal, peanut butter, whey, banana. around 900-1000 per serving.
and only eat breakfast proper plate meal. hahaha whistling.gif
