Just bought 3 kg of chicken keel (all meat no bones) at Giant for RM 9.99 per kg (usually at RM 12.90). At wet market chicken breast (with bone and neck) cost for RM 10.50. So, it is a deal for me

Owh yeah. I used to buy Blue Bay Shredded Tuna (1 can for RM 2.69, 45.9 g protein, 0 carbs, <2g fat).

Just edited the Bluebay Tuna Nutrition info and price. Well, you have to buy the best bang for then buck. Buy branded one, then you eat the brand tongue.gif

Do you know how much carbs content for that 1 loaf of bread? 52g carbs for 2 slices of bread. Imagine just to consume 40g of protein, you had to consume a lot of carbs (47g carb for 9 g protein = 235g carb for 45g protein).

It's cheap but macronutrition wise, nope.
