Just edited the Bluebay Tuna Nutrition info and price. Well, you have to buy the best bang for then buck. Buy branded one, then you eat the brand

QUOTE(myvi5949 @ Jan 6 2013, 02:11 PM) really cheap source of protein for bulking.. 1 loaf gardenia wholeweat bread 400grams is rm2.80.. each loaf is 1000 calories with 40 grams of protein http://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutritio...namount=100.000Do you know how much carbs content for that 1 loaf of bread? 52g carbs for 2 slices of bread. Imagine just to consume 40g of protein, you had to consume a lot of carbs (47g carb for 9 g protein = 235g carb for 45g protein). It's cheap but macronutrition wise, nope.
