QUOTE(acbc @ Jan 5 2013, 07:05 PM) Regret doing OTA 4.2.1 on my GNex... now slow like shit. never stay stock more than 2/3 days, and never exprience OTA. is really that bad? I'm running fine on 4.2.1 custom rom but 1 things is, 4.1.x battery life still better than 4.2.x.

QUOTE(Robottoes @ Jan 7 2013, 06:49 PM) Nvidia GRID...no need to worry about hardware graphics because now it can stream it to your device, imagine playing crysis on a nvidia GRID enabled device . My friend thought of this idea before but looks like NVIDIA has it already not only your friend, just the matter who successfully implement it first.

QUOTE(Eugene91 @ Jan 8 2013, 01:50 PM) Sacrificing getting the latest OS for better hardware? Indeed it is a dilemma.. you need better hardware than gnex right now? I will patiently wait until next nexus specs confirm. if not meet the expectation, then only look for non-nexus phone.

QUOTE(Harddisk @ Jan 9 2013, 02:02 PM) That was awfully smooth. Much better than the previous demo done by Ubuntu themselves. So gonna flash Ubuntu... but wait... where's the dialer? and also want to know, is ubuntu AppStore available? I know, still early time to talk about the eco-system (fair enough to give them more times to gather developer n boast it), but at least there is a market place to reinstall some basic app, like facebook, calendar, etc... as show in demo?

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Jan 11 2013, 01:32 AM) WTB Galaxy Nexus but... Samsung hater Galaxy Nexus is manufactured by Samsung I'm using Paranoid Android now with phablet mode. Quite nice but not much of customization yet. Eugene 91djlahHow's the Jan 09 Paranoid? Any new options available? Looking for navbar mod and lockscreen shortcut (the ringggg) as Eugene91 replied. I guess you're looking for navbarmod like AOKP. navbar mod here in PA is different colors for each apps, and able to set the size of navbar. and there is no lockscreen ring shortcut mod, however you can add you fav app shortcut, which is will appear under the clock in smaller icons. Setting > Lock screen > Shortcuts. this is last ever release before go to version 3. what's coming next might be include: "bootanimation and buttoncontrol, torch, and maybe, if theres still time left, % battery."
