Although I think that rooting is infinitely better than staying unroot, but I think its ok to not root. Some people just don't want to tinker with their phone, and that's fine really. At least with a Nexus you're using stock Android, and you still get the fast updates from Google (assuming its yakju build).
BTW, anyone with PA ROM, is there anyway to change the PIE controls buttons? From all the videos I've seen, apparently the buttons are fixed with the PIE controls.
as tested, no such option.

infobar launcher, so wow on second gen. nicer animation compare first gen last year. not available for download but xda members did porting in and need to flash.
Extended battery too bulky for me. Got myself a PowerBank, but hassle to charge the phone almost everyday!
Patiently waiting for Google X.
latest rumor about project X, is from motorola; will be reveal during this coming Google I/O but is not nexus phone. motorola new branding phone and tablet X too, which is very close to pure vanilla or without heavy skin.
i want pogo dock too! stupid microusb interface so fragile
official dock are expensive, why no third party pogo dock so far only microusb dock from brotan. sony xperia z package was great, come with pogo dock but not sure how is the price, end of feb or march will know.
Been play undead slayer...it was fun...but now the game is forbidden for root phone after the update on 25 jan...
Unroot my phone. The same issue encounter. In the end I use mod apk...I don't like to play hack on game...but this game is addicted. Hope some can solve this problem...
how did you verify your phone is successfully unrooted after you done?
Big move from Motorola, on X-Phone, rumor leaked: - 4.8" full HD screen - quad core SoC - 2GB RAM - up to 128GB storage - microSD slot support - moto Tough Kevlar Body - Razr Maxx-style battery - Android 5.0 / Key Lime Pie - stock vanilla UI with some bloatware - unlocked bootloader set from Google PLAY - Sony Exmor RS Camera (Apple exclusive contract end, we will see more handset appear with this sensor this year) - non-nexus brand
will you guys consider X-Phone? or still wait for actual nexus phone in this year end as usual? (I known, some of us here already eyeing xperia Z now )
