Wondering what's the problem with his phone. Sounds so wrong... I never stuck in Google logo even once. Only stuck boot animation N times

The screen showed some error and missing files then my phone did not reboot. It stayed at fastboot mode and when i tried to reboot my phone, got stuck at the boot logo again.

I am done trying to save this phone.

i did backup using toolkit. and its in sdcard. is that usable?

thts where i messed up. i didn. i skipped that and installed.

so i did factory reset, then start back, and can boot already. still, i don't know how to apply back my apps backup.

took me 1 whole day jus to understand rooting and flash to custom rom. continue tomorrow. thanks for the explanation.

newbie here    i did nandroid backup using toolkit. trying to apply back that. see if i can get anything back.  this gnex is for entertainment purpose, using broadband sim card. so only apps and games are the important one.

for newbie like me, there are far too much info scattered around, its so hard to identify which are simple and easy method. like one guide says i need to install cmw and make backup before root, but to install cmw it must be rooted beforehand. so confusing
