really depends, for now AOKP for me

best rom? depends on people, some like tablet style(PA), some like clean(ARHD), some like strong backing(CM), some like ponies/unicorns customizability(AOKP), some like it mixed but low(slim)

and since we don't have the hardware, we need to make whats best given, i tweak mine to be on holiday, work daily driver since im back and don't have much free time.

keyboard lag might be seen on gnex due to hardware but if u don't mind turning off ur vibration then itz no big problem. for me, i dun't see significant lag, could be cuz im not bloated with stuff in my phone.

tweaking and all makes it more fun and interesting, like now im using scribbles font which screws all the people who borrows my phone

not to mention, we got gecko os, Ubuntu phone, and many more, esp with the awaited key lime pie,
this phone will live long like the nex s and nex 1, or it might out live them

n4 is just recently out so can't say much but durability, plastic wins glass
