Overall no complaints lar.. Just a phone anyways.. Haha..
But I wanted to jump ship to Maxis but too bad they didn't offer the RM200 rebate for the iValue simple. Else would have signed up for the plan.

Hi guys, I need to send my iPhone 5 for replacement. Do they need to check on it or it's 1 to 1 exchange?
Besides that, I've heard that Apple has a policy to replace faulty sets with refurbished sets. Does that happen in Malaysia too?
I don't want to pay so much money just to get a refurbished set!
