Got my phone for 1 week+ and now only they send me a sms to collect the phone at maxis klcc :/

Samwjy, did you ask whether they have limited stocks everyday ? Still undecided whether I should just give it a try early tomorrow morning at the KLCC Maxis Centre.    If no stock, then I will be wasting my time and petrol

Call maxis customer service today to ask for stock level at kl area, they told me klcc have ready stock of 21 units of 64gb space grey
I told them i dont have booking or not in the waiting list, they tell me its for walk in customer with first come first serve basics.

I then proceed to klcc maxis center, the salesgirl so lansi and tell me its only for customer who received the sms to collect the phone.

Common sense, if i receive the sms from maxis do u think i will still call maxis customer service to ask about this?
I told the salesgirl maxis customer service ask me to walk in to get the phone, she then told me to call them back to inform them its only for reserve customer not for walk in, what kind of attitude is that!

Here's a thought, instead of moaning here everyday cannot get phone, why don't you get from Apple Store first, then when maxis restock, sign up your plan, get the phone from Maxis, and sell the phone from Maxis?
