Agree with you bro. Maxis Staffs nowadays, or should i say all these big company, they seems like loosen their requirement for new staffs or trying to save more money by giving less training to them. BEcause i feel like staffs nowadays like not very know about what they are going to do.
I called Maxis to ask them regarding the Free 300mb data because i signed up using the RM200 rebate, it took me to call for 3 times before i can get a satisfied answer. The first 2 staffs are just saying, let me check for you and then bla bla bla ..
yeah! Same case with Machines, they don't really troubleshoot if got problem. Straight ask you go service centre. What if people go all the way to there and then only minor problem which can be solve by the staff.
