Pre-book status is confirmed, and the pre-book was done at mid of Oct by the way. Due to stock availability, I could receive an SMS which is anticipated to be any time from now till 1 month (this is such an indefinite answer).

The CS is kind enough to ask me whether I am interested in gray / silver where he can channel me to the right Maxis.

I call in several times today and even have had a live chat to show my frustration. The CS told me that I don't get confirmation email after my ROI at the beginning of OCT is due to no stock. I asked him what kind of stock you are talking about where the phone is not launched. Some more I have to register again to only be eligible in your so called waiting list.

My anticipation is an apology and close follow up where I am updated progressively. I do not need immediate delivery, keep me update and follow through for me. I ask him can this be done.

I was at Garden Maxis. There is one Malay guy wanted to check the 64GB stock for me but stopped by a young lady saying that walk in customer can only get 16GB. Obviously they have 64GB stock. Ironically this lady is holding a 5S gold. I'm wtf and call the 123 f* him for 15 min and I demand him to call me back by evening!

She was talking to other customer. The CS is sub standard but we as a customer must behave up to standard. But I would say that they are driving us nowhere. Lousy customer service I would say. To those who hunt, go ahead to try your luck!
