i having problem with my iphone5 screen lately,i got this phone last year from maxis.

anyone familiar with the maxis warranty process?

will i get a one-to-one exhange?

Your unit will be exchanged with either a refurb or new unit, also partly depends on the cosmetic outlook of your current iPhone. well, i went maxis centre yesterday evening.

was handle by one maxis personnel with some attitude problem. yes, he told me that currently,there is no stock available and he was asking me to check back with him next week to see any unit available or not.

i really hope can get 1 phone fast laa.
