Here's a thought, instead of moaning here everyday cannot get phone, why don't you get from Apple Store first, then when maxis restock, sign up your plan, get the phone from Maxis, and sell the phone from Maxis?

Yeah, that's what I have been doing for the past 3 yrs... do you have any idea how easy to sell phone from Telco?
