Maxis postpaid really "untung" one
With MOC, they can get the iPhone at very cheap price, waive the advance payment not like other Telco

Dont worry, you would only able to receive E or 3G for the data mobile coz for LTE, it required newer sim

Last time I went there to buy the iP5 & chat with their staff, they told me its MEP
