Occupancy rate is about 80% i believe. Many family members are staying. About the security and safety, of course cannot rely 100% on security guard, but so far so good. I am staying with my family now. A bit noisy facing alam sanjung since the project is under construction now. I wondering why they allow to work until 10pm.

Metropark is just a distance away. Lucky who managed to secure a unit or two of Alam Idaman or Alam Sanjung. Definitely will appreciate much in the year 2016.

Aiya.....i need to correct my statement here. Just now passed by and there was a minor flood on the drainage...overflow i guess...but not obstructing much on the traffice flow.

I did not buy Alam Sanjung but i acquired another unit at Alam Idaman which selling cheaper than Alam Sanjung...hahahaha...currently rent out = 1.2k

You just have to pay Deposit 3k for renovation. no special rules but best is to consult the management people...i find it this new team are quite helpful.

How to get a copy of the Master Title ?

bank Valuation up to date 400k for 926 sq.ft.

latest valuation from bank.....RM 430k for 926 sq.ft.

Earlier the same bank only valuated 400k. That was about 8 months ago.

Public Bank. Topping up loan so need to get the valuation.
