How's alam idaman now? Thinking of buying to rent however rental cannot cover monthly payments and rental yield also quite low (~4.5% ). Also concerned on The Greens development, which will make that area even more dense thanit is now. Any ideas?

Hi. Have you got a unit there? If you want to cover your installment, make it fully furnished and you will still got chance. I want to let go mine at RM380K. Can arrange for viewing if you are interested.

By the way, wonder if other owners here (if any), how is the strata title thing going on? heard from an agent sometime ago that the developer has some issue with it, and rectifying it now.

SHAH ALAM – Seorang lelaki maut dipercayai terjatuh dari tingkat 15 di sebuah apartmen di Seksyen 22 di sini hari ini.

Mangsa dikenali Chong Lee Teik berusia 46 tahun yang parah maut di lokasi kejadian.

Penolong Pengarah Operasi Bomba Selangor, Hafisham Mohd. Noor berkata, lapan anggota termasuk pegawai dari Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Shah Alam bergegas ke lokasi kejadian selepas menerima panggilan kecemasan pukul 6.49 petang.

Katanya, berdasarkan maklumat mangsa dipercayai terjatuh dari tingkat 15 apartmen itu yang mempunyai keseluruhan 21 tingkat.

“Mangsa yang cedera parah ditemui di lantai rumah di tingkat 6.

“Anggota kemudian mengeluarkan mangsa menggunakan alat pengusung sebelum lelaki itu disahkan meninggal dunia oleh pasukan perubatan Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM),” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.

Jelas beliau, mayat mangsa telah diserahkan kepada pihak polis untuk tindakan selanjutnya. – KOSMO! ONLINE
