go glassdoor.com, youtube and etc to get some insight.

there are no right answers. it really depends on your overall performance at the day. research your potential job scope well as well as the company background. Respond with well thought out answers and be professional about it.

You should say what you feel is right and stand by your decision. There is no point putting up a fake mask to get by the interview process as most of the interviewers have dealt with plenty candidates doing so before.

Hey! found a website a few months ago which gives company reviews and salary reviews, many of which are in accounting and consulting. These reviews are written by current or former employees so it helps you understand the corporate culture and see if you will fit in well. The website is named officeparrots.com and they have reviews on Accenture! Hope it helps!

I stumbled on a site where you can speak to Accenture consultants about getting a job at accenture. Spoke to a consultant named Elton - he was pretty chilled and gave me some good advice

Well, the term 'consultant' is incredibly wide, but in Malaysia, some of the best paying jobs are offered by 'management consulting firms', the best known of which are McKinsey, Boston Consulting and Bain. The 'big three' have been known to offer incredibly good salaries - and the reason they do this is because their clientele consists of some of the world's biggest corporations, non-profits and yes, also the government.

What do they do - they advise on how to 'run businesses better'. Because they have an extensive client list and experience across most major industries, these consulting firms have templates on how to do things well. By applying qualitative and quantitative analyses on any segment of the business, consultants offer clients solutions to problems that the companies want to solve.

Do PM me if you'd like any more detail - it's a huge sector and pretty interesting too!

Hi guys

I am in a process of applying for Accenture Graduate Consulting Opportunities that was advertised maybe few months ago (actually idk when). I did the digital assessment (pymetrics), and next step is they want me to do the video interview for CD&O position.

I had spent few dayssssss to know what does CD&O about. I knew from somewhere that it stand for Client Delivery & Operation, but i dont know if it is Solution or Consultant workforce. Based on the reviews, Solution workforce is hell! so I maybe want to stay away from that.

if any of you guys could explain more on the CD&O, it would be much appreciated!

fyi, I am an overseas engineering graduate who looking forward to change my career path. know very less about accenture or other consulting firm. I dont know if i could make it to another stage, but it is worth to give it a try.

Thank you guys! smile.gifsmile.gif
