Twice i send a phone at sony . Twice same problem, sim card stuck.im using mini sim, so have to use adapter
1 sony shop wanna charge me 50 bcause they say need to open the back.wtf are they charghing me when it is on warranty - xperia play
Then i take out the adapter by using straw - foc
2nd shop at pj they dont charge me but they refuse to fix it bcause they say its customer fault. Wtf again. - xperia u
If u look at unboxing video singapore set of xperia u . They give sim card adapter while malaysia set doesnt.
So they are saying its my fault, how come its customer fault, i thought customer always right. And whats the function of sim card adapter o.0

Then i went to normal shop , and they use their long fingernail to take the adapter out and they never charge me for it .foc

U sure bro, bcause i went to sony curve and they ask me to go to sony ericsson shop(that time name was not sony yet)
The 1st shop that charge me rm50 was sony shop at sunway pyramid
2nd shop is their service centre at amcorp mall

Im using android samsung note 2 phone now. I have tested sony iphone too. I still prefer iphone overall

From what i see iphone thread and sony is much better . They helped alot last time when i used xplay,arc s while samsung. Most of them just ignored all our noob question . Most of the reply (pls use search button) wtf they think the search button can search for specific fcking post?? It can only search thread not post and samsung thread is so alive its freaking fast like 20pages per day. They expect us to search?? And all those samsung user only care about custom roms -.- and mod stuff and they also did said bad things bout other phone especially iphone.
