Please tell me what glass doesn't break.

Cracking is a form of breakage which in short it's damaged. And overheating of phone will never break/crack the glass. Burning it which causes intense heat is another story.

Now, I hope I have been more explicit.

This has to be an isolated case, either due to poor installation of the phone in the assembly plant or some freak 'accident'.

You are asking me? I don't know as I have never looked at Nexus at all thus never gathered any intelligence on it.

Unlike many here, I do not speak on something I am unsure of or do not know. Anyway, I have already given my presumption in the earlier posts.

It is impossible to control what people write or contribute. After all it is a forum. But if one were to address the subject matter/issue at hand even though it is controversial and not attack on a personal note, it would make it more pleasant to engage in here. However, there are certain quarters who just somehow are insolent and exhibit their immaturity by posting un-called for terse and condescending remarks.
