QUOTE(edison1437 @ Jan 2 2013, 10:09 PM) You must have an app that can play the avi file, I use yaplayer (there are many more).. Transfer the file via iTunes to the app and you can then play the file with the app.Usually, though, I convert mkv and avi files with handbrake on my pc and then sync the output mp4 and m4v files to my ipad to play with the native video player.. |

Hi like what Kmrdeva said there are lots of app in there. I am using 2 of them which is free and both can use wifi to transfer the raw file to it and just play from the machine. The name of the software can't remember need to go back then only can share with you.

Buy a player app that can play AVI files2. Install the app on your iPad 3. Connect iPad to iTunes 4. Under Apps in iTunes, look for the player app 5. Drag your AVI files to the app, using iTunes 6. Sync iPad with iTunes, the files will be transferred into the iPad and visible when you launch the player app |

some AVI vid file using AC3 audio encoding. quick a lot of apps cannot read them. you can watch the video but you won't hear sound.
the best is to convert it to MP4 format. there are a lot of free video converter that can convert to idevice format. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT9XcNUbJAo search for ACE player. after you installed the apps. 1. sync with itune 2. click app window after sync 3. scroll down to look for ACE player doc folder.. 4. copy the converted video file into the doc folder. you can drag the video file into the doc folder. Pretty easy. This post has been edited by OCMAX: Jan 3 2013, 02:09 PM |
