QUOTE(metalgearash1987 @ Apr 8 2016, 09:39 PM) I used to live there during my bujang days. My office used to be there until we moved office to BTS. And now i am renting in tasik permaisuri nearby shamelin and my new office. Congrats!2 years in shamelin before moved office, i think shamelin i get to know actually the place is quite strategic. U can get access to KL city centre, PJ area, kajang, etc quite easily. And i think if shamelin can pickup again despite their 'bad' years before, i think they can mature into a decent to good area. But that is only my opinion. Maybe u guys can share ur thoughts as well. Need to attend to my wife now, her water just broke. I am gonna be a father soon. |

it won't be too dark. shamelin star will be the 'shining' star and light up the area. mamak restaurant and papa rich are a few blocks away if they are still open. haven't been there for some time.

QUOTE(amlhm @ Feb 21 2017, 01:12 PM) For the yard, I havent installed any grille yet. Thinking of building a window (with black tint) there instead for privacy. you better ask permission from developer first. any deviation from normal standard will incur fine or demolition...Right now everyone can look right thru into the dining area if the yard door is open. And if i hang my underwear to dry at the yard, whole floor can see. Really uncomfortable with this lack of privacy. Still sore over the corridor grille, i remember it was supposed to be aluminium louvre |
