Yes. You get IPv6 connection.

Reason of cant get full score because as below:
Reverse DNS record, mean when you nslookup the Internet IP you get there is no hostname resolve to it.

And as normal user from TM , we're getting dynamic IP from TM.

One simple test, if you know your internet gateway you can have a ping to it and see the ms.

2. Ping to google 8.8.8.8 and what MS that you receive?

3. As my understanding 30Mbps come with 30DL/5UL.

You can do ping 8.8.8.8 -t and it will keep continue , for stop you can use Ctrl+C.
Can see that your latency is not stable.

You need to check the Internet Gateway latency and see how it react.
