i try to upgrade latest firmware for AC68U but it fails. help me.

Hye currently im using 2 AC68u one is router and another one is repeater. Im using time broadband 20MB. my problem is why is it my ping is so high up to 400ms-1000ms?? i did change dns to google but still doesnt work. can some one help me? my previous unifi 10MB is much faster using lousy router.
