Hi owc,

Our networking device have 3 years warranty, and from the serial number provided by you it is still within that period.

You can send back to the place you bought for warranty claim.

And if you just want to buy an extra adapter, sorry we don't have dealer selling original adapter.

Thank you

How if my adapter missing or misplaces, how am i able to use back the device?

Any how on Asus R&D team add LTE 2600 and 1800 band for LTE modem?
By the way, all supported usb modem only capable run on 3G only?
Then, why the firmware stated support 4G?

Hi owc,

RT-N56U does not support Dual-WAN feature, that't why the load balance is not working.

The link you click above the icon is wrong link. Normally you will be able to see the Dual-WAN setting page at WAN->Dual-WAN

Thank you
