Just wanna know whats the status for Asus Router RT-N66U to support astro IPTV?

I'm currently using RT-AC68U as AP for my maxis fibre because I need to use the IP phone. Is there any way that I can use Asus 68u as router and continue to use maxis IP phone? Intent to but a new router and set as aimesh. Thanks

Hi, I'm currently using AC68u mesh with RP AC55, intend to upgrade my router, I'm interested in AX82u. So would like to know is it OK to mesh AX82u with AC68u? I'm using ethernet as connection for aimesh. Or any recommended upgrade which below 1k? Thanks

But some said we can't get the full performance from the router with our current client device. Currently I'm only have one device with AX that support 160mhz. A bit confuse on it. Please advice. Thanks

Hi, I face some issue with open VPN for my AX82u, when the Wan IP changed, I need to set again the VPN for my android phone. And sometimes when I check IPlookup for asus DNS, the IP address is different from my router Wan IP, please advice how I should fix this, approximated and thanks

Already enable ddns and registered an address for it, but when my wan IP changed, its shows different wan IP address when I check using IPlookup. I'm using asuscomm ddns server.

I think the problem is on the asus ddns not update the Wan IP on time when it's change. I'll only update the Wan IP after a few days or when I access the router page to disable and enable the ddns again. When the IP is sync, then I manage to access the VPN and asus router app from outside. Is there any setting that I need to pay attention to resolve this? As its won't happen last time when I use AC68u.
Another issue is is it normal that my AX82u ram usage is 95% when I plug in USB drive for aicloud, if unplug, the ram usage is about 78%. Does it affect the performance if ram usage is too high? Thanks

Hi I'm using AX82u mesh with AC68u. My ram using indicate 95% usage, is it normal? Sometimes I'm experience ac68u mesh node offline which I need to manually restart it. Its occurred only recently which I had used these mesh configuration for about 2 months.

Hi, Thanks for advice. I used some of the features like QOS, traffic monitor, VPN, and connect to one mesh router. If I didn't connect USB drive for aicloud, ram usage is around 78 to 81%, after connected aicloud, its goes all the way up to 95%. I schedule a reboot three times a week but still the ram usage is high, that's why a bit confuse what's going on or shall I upgrade to AX86u as its 1GB ram.

BTW, I'm using latest stock firmware for both nodes.

Hi, I just change my fibre from maxis to digi fibre and since then I can't connect to my Asus ddns. Its show error invalid IP address, can anyone advice whats the problem ya?

Just reveived called from digi today said public IP only applicable to business fibre, so unable to get public IP for home fibre. Is it I can't access the VPN or ddns if I don't get public IP address? Any alternative way, can anyone advice?

Digi provide a very good package therefore I switch from maxis to digi, speed and stability wise its OK just no public IP only.
