Selecting unifi business is supposed to free up the port regular usage

Be careful using the Unifi Business setting.

If I am not mistaken, it requires a fixed IP address which is not available to Unifi home users.

Only on the higher end models.

1) TM's issue. I never actually try the WAN to LAN throughput of Asus routers but it should be more than capable of 50Mbps. Singaporeans use it on their 1Gbps plan.

2) It happens when the wifi is weak or unstable. Stand closer to the router next time. Wireless best config for 2.4Ghz (20Mhz, channel 1/6/11, WPA2 AES)

What model you use?

I am using RT-AC55UHP router for my Unifi 30MB. So far when I used speedtest, I always get 30Mb DL and 10Mb upload... Wired or wireless....

2) 2.4Ghz is too congested. Don't make it worst. 1/6/11 are non-overlapping.

Just want to ask n sorry if been asked before.. will vlan both iptv vlan600 and internet vlan500 corectly set if i select the unifi profile?

I'm having an issue with the dns of the router where it seems to have issue with Google dns after a day(need to reboot / disable and enable dns settings) for the Internet to work again. I'm using an rt ac 68u

I set it up using the asus router app, having issue with dns after the latest firmware update for rt ac 68u

I've haven't used open dns yet, tried open dns, can't load forum.lowyat.net but can speedtest

Try again... It works.. Even with ipv6.

For my AC68U, I set under DHCP server settings, not under WAN. This means all my client devices get 2 DNS server IPs.

I have relocated my workstation around my house, this time moved it to my room but unfortunately the network in room is weak, I have searched on ASUS website on the router that covers "Very large house" and the results come with only two, RTAC5300 and RTAC88U of which both of these routers are freaking expensive, but i guess there is a price to pay.

The problem is my unifi router is placed in the back of my house which is in a guest room and I am here in my room which is upstairs and the walls are really thick so the connection frequently disconnects or weaken,

was hoping to get an answers here of other recommendations other than the above routers i mentioned of which i dont know how far their range would be able to cover also.

any model got come with can capture the daily usage traffic report summary ?

The firmware are the same, so they are able to support UNIFI.

But the warranty won't be cover in Malaysia.
