Hi there,
I wonder where should I send my company faulty ASUS ROUTER RT-N12HP to claim the warranty?

As I went to Wisma SPS Asus SC, they told me to go to LWY Asus SC. But, when I went to LWY, the staff said, they don't do router warranty claim, asked me to go to Wisma SPS.

Cheer!

Hi hengng,

May I know in Wisms SPS, which floor did you visited?

And for networking products, it is advisable that you send back to the place you bought for warranty claim.

Thank you

It is at 1st floor in Wisma SPS.

How about can I send it back to Scanart which is at Kompleks Penchala?

Cheers!

Hi hengng,

Can you PM me your serial number? Because we have 2 distributor, you need to send to correct one in order to claim the warranty.

Thank you

Pm sent.

I just called Scanart, the lady said no problem to send the router to them for warranty claim..

Hi there,
I have a question.
If I purchase ASUS router from other country which is also available in Malaysia, should I able to use it for TM Unifi or Maxis through flashing its firmware?
Thank you.

Hi guys, I am using RT-AC66U for Unifi 500Mbps with no problem at all until last Saturday, Unifi got maintenance in my Rasah Jaya, Seremban area.

After since, my speed is capped at 120Mbps!

Today, Unifi technician came and he swapped my asus to his Tplink router, and he managed to get a full speed of 500Mbps! He told me it is my asus router problem.

So I wonder anyone has the problem as me?

using LAN cable, direct connect to Asus router.

In Asus router Web setting page, it shows the connection is 1Gbps for the connected port.

Update to the latest firmware, do a factory restore then setup the router from zero

Haven't done that yet....will try your way when I am back at home...thanks...

But firmware is already up to date. Just haven't done the factory restore. Feel kind of wired after Unifi did the maintenance last Saturday.

Are you using the RT-AC66U B1 or RT-AC66U?

I suggest a hard reset with this
