I also suepect TM's backend network related because last time the WAN IP is from JB but now the WAN IP is from Negeri Seremban. Also I can see the Gateway IP is like 10.233.97.xx which is not like that last time. Definitely there was some change in the network. But when I logged the report to TM, their Technician told me no other users have the same problem like me, only me having this problem. He reset the port also the same. He said it is my Router problem. So now I also don't know how to troubleshoot this.
i also having same issue like you now....unifi suddenly not working. ..account info stated invalid account but after i click apply button without changing anything..the connection on back..happen first time.did you manage to find out the solution ??
